At YogDesk, we're committed to your satisfaction. We want you to love our platform, and we stand behind our service with a fair and transparent refund policy.

We encourage all new users to take full advantage of our 15-day free trial to ensure YogDesk meets your needs before making any payment.

2. Free Trial

All new users receive a 15-day free trial with full access to all features. During this period:

  • No credit card or payment information is required
  • You have access to all premium features
  • You can add students, track attendance, and test the platform fully
  • If you decide not to continue, simply don't subscribe - no action needed

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with YogDesk within 7 days of your first payment, we'll provide a full refund - no questions asked.

After the 7-day window:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
  • You can cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund available
  • Within 30 days: Pro-rated refund available (minus any used period)
  • After 30 days: No refund, but you can cancel and retain access until the subscription period ends

4. WhatsApp Message Credits

Important: WhatsApp message credits are non-refundable once purchased.

This is because:

  • Message credits are pre-paid for use with Meta's WhatsApp Business API
  • Credits are consumed immediately when messages are sent
  • Unused credits remain in your account and can be used as long as your subscription is active
  • If you cancel your subscription, unused credits are forfeited

We recommend purchasing message credits based on your actual usage needs. You can always purchase more credits as needed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@yogdesk.com with:
    • Your registered email address
    • Reason for refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
    • Date of purchase
  2. We'll review your request within 2 business days
  3. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • Account terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of the refund policy
  • Requests made after the applicable refund window
  • WhatsApp Business account suspension due to policy violations (not caused by YogDesk)

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to SettingsSubscription in your dashboard
  • Click Cancel Subscription
  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You can export your data before cancellation

We don't believe in making cancellation difficult. If you need help, just email us.

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days

Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider. We process refunds promptly on our end.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
